Where is my order?
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Stripe with your receipt. Once your scripture print ships, our fulfillment partner (Printful) will send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.
Can I return or exchange my print?
Because each scripture print is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the form below. Include a photo of the issue and your order reference number (from your Stripe receipt). We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Where do the proceeds go?
Proceeds from scripture print purchases cover server hosting, AI API costs, ChatGPT App SDK fees, and print fulfillment. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
Is The Lonely Door free to use?
Yes. Spiritual guidance through The Lonely Door is completely free — both on lonelydoor.app and inside the ChatGPT app. You only pay if you choose to purchase a printed scripture keepsake.
Is this professional counseling?
